hello doctor my 1 year 9 months old baby boy was got fever on Sunday night I gave him p-250 syrup 5ml about 2 times then he cured but again Monday night he got fever I gave same after he cured but not liking to take food and yesterday night again he got fever sir please suggest

A. you have to give medicine p-250ml once in 6 hours for 2 days whether the fever had gone or not.

A. needs proper Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
