RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl4 days agoA. A lot of times when you see that the child is passing with a lot of pressure the froth can come and a lot of times it is a very natural thing to be seen so nothing to be worried as such in case of any doubt you can always go ahead with the urine test
