A. aap baby ko ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana cerelac mashed khichdi dal with vegetables, mashed boiled puree of fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot apple pear sapota banana.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
