hello doctor .meri beti 1 month 3days ki h .uska under arm temperature 98.6 c h .aur usko khasi aur sardi v h . cough v ho gaya .sust ho gai h kaafi . paracetamol de rhe h but fever utna hi rh rha h ..kya karu ?

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp shfould vbe given only after a proper evaltuation .
