Hello doctor .meri 28 day pahle normal delivery hui thi .mujhe piles ki problem ho gai hai .bahut jada taklif ho rhi h . please koi medicine aur cream btaiye instant relief k liye . aur me aesa kya karu ki meri piles thik ho jaye ?.plz doctor

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. during ye common issue hai delivery ke baad piles ke issue ho jati.. aap homeopathy medicine and cream ya ointment le skte hai.. avoid oily and spicy foods, avoid chana chole rajma isse constipation ho jaega.. keep your self well hydrated..
