Hello Doctor.. Mere baby ke eyes se most of the time tears aate rehte hain even if she doesn't cry. What might be the reason and what can be done to solve this problem?

A. hi it Happens because of blocked tear ducts it is common to have this so no issue it alright by the time just give gentle massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose
