hello doctor, mera period last month 12 june ko huwa tha, last month mai correct date ko ho gaye thi, aur waise bhi mai 10month se mai copper t laga kar ho, pata nahi period mai changes kyu hora hai aur mera thoda weight b badh raha hai, please help me doctor

A. Hi Usually copper t doesnot cause changes in period cycle or weight gain Try to include foods like Sprouts , vegetables, salads, egg whites, Dal's which do not cause weight gain Avoid sugar, sweets, fried & junk fodos
