Hello Doctor, mera beta 3 years 10 months . Doctor ne usse zincovit syrup recommend Kia tha 5ml but jab usse medicine di to usse vomiting jaisa lg rha tha or do din se khana bhi thik se nhi kha rha , he said k mann thik nhi h . Please suggest what to do . Can I continue to give zincovit syrup or not .
