hello doctor mera beta 2yr 7m ka hai uska betay ka pet hemasha sokh jata hai potty ker tay time usko bhaut joor laga na pad ta hai kabhi kabhi to wo ronay lag jata hai potty nahi ati kya kero pls help me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation is a problem where there is difficulty in passing the stools and it could be very hard leading to sometimes injury and it becomes a chronic condition in most of the cases if not treated properly .
most important thing is a proper diet with good fibre and plenty of liquids . Also avoidance of food which can aggravate the condition like Banana excess of milk and food with maida and junk .
medications should be givenhg like lactulose or polyethylene glycol but only in guidance with the doctor.
In emergency situation glycerine suppository or enema is useful.
