hello doctor, mera beta 2.5 year old hai wo baate nhi karta hai, 1 to 10 tak bol leta hai, lekin mamma papa nhi bolta , usko kuch chahiye hota hai to Hmara hath pakad k le k jata hai jo chij chahiye us tak, lekin point nhi karta apni finger se, chewing nhi karna sikha hai abhi tak, swallow karta hai only, aur koi fruits nhi khata milk nhi pita hai, breastfeed karta hai abhi bhi, plz kuch bataye kya kru, pediatrician ko bataya to unhone kha ki dusre bachho k sath chhodiye thoda

there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.
the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
by 18 monthsc if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor for speech and development assessment.
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.
