hello doctor mera bby 2 years 4 month old hai bby ko kal subha and sham fever tha after med he is ok aaj subha fvr nhi tha but abi fever raise hogya 99.6 plz suggest me

A. You can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child. Paracetamol can be repeated myaximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehtydration. Higher medicines like ibugesic for meftal p is advised by the doctor if required. Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever

A. See the fever can stay up till 72 hours but then it’s upside is mostly by completing the timer for 72 hours it says yet if the fever is days after that much time then it could be due to viral infection but right now the fever is really very very mild so don’t worry about it just continue with the medicationWrite Your Answer Here
