hello doctor mera bacha aaj kal sb ka hath muh ne dal leta hai aur chewing krta rahta hai..... and wo bs 4 month 20 days ka hai... and wo cow milk start kr diya hai

please dont give any top feed before 6 months is completed
exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age
also give him teether so he will not put fingers in hands
