hello doctor , mera baby 2 year 1 month old h..uska forehead or chest bht garam ho jati h lyk fever kai br baki body normal rhti h ye fever h kya m medicine deti hu usko but br br hone ka kya reason hoskta h plz btaiye kya ye weather or humidity se hota h usko plz tell me about him I am very worried what to do

A. you shud check. For better understanding of the situation it need to be examined by a doctor preferred your family doctor and any medication if required can be suggested by the doctor after examination only . .
