hello doctor.... mera baby 14 months ka hai aj wo gir gya to head me thoda sa swelling ho gya hai kuch remedies btaiye please

A. aise koi treatment na karein Ghar main head injury Ka .. falls are quite common in babies . Watch for any signs like vomitting / bleeding from nose or ear and head / any un - consciousness / inconsolable cry for next 24 - 48 hours in baby . Should consult a doctor soon .
