curd, buttermilk help in maintaining good intestinal bacteria.
keep a close watch on urine color, hydration, maintain good oral intake.
if child appears drowsy, blood in stools or not feeding well then consult your paediatrician.
maintain good hygiene while feeding your baby.

please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry dhokla idli etc
it contains good bacteria so make digestive system strong
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichadi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
if recovery is not seen please consult with your pediatrician about this matter
