hello doctor Ma'am I am having urine infection (UTI) SINCE 3_4 days. I am taking Alkasol syrup but no improvement. can I take NIFTS 100MG for UTI is there any side effects of NIFTAS 100MG AS I m still feeding my baby (around 11months).
