Q.

Hello doctor! Low Hb: around 10.5 Low Vit D & B12 Slightly high TSH level (T3 & T4 normal) Is taking Iron & multi vit min supplements advisable? Please suggest few effective options with dose & duration. Thanks.

A. Hello doc These are exact levels. Pls suggest. Haemoglobin: 10.8 Vit D: 42 Vit B: 157 TSH: 5.6 LDL: 115 Triglycerides: 157
