Hello Doctor, last week my son has fever and vomiting. I consulted doctor and now he doesn't have fever but he is not eating anything solid, which he was used to have before fever. He is not even touching a food. only drinking milk that too in very low quantity.What could be the reason

Serve up her favorites food.. be respectful of your baby's likes and dislikes .
