after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good
You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon

Yes it is a good option for the child you can go ahead with that ends in seven months complete this is the right time for you to introduce stage 2 to the child but if you haven’t given any previously then you should start with stage one after one box you see how the digestion is going then you shift to stage two
