hello doctor kl m apne baby ko market le gyi thi to bht grmi thi grm hawa chlrhi thi...uske bd sham ko usko bukhar chdh gya bht tej vse to go active h lekn bukhar bht chdha hua h..raat ko mne use paracip drops di uske bd aadhi raat ko bukhar kam tha aj subha dobara bdh gya qa kru

A. looks some seasonal viral . Temperature more then 99 degree is fever. Paracetamol can be given for the fever every 6 to 8 hourly for fever . Fever may be due to any viral infection so mostly will subside in 3 to 5 days . other wise consult a doctor near by.
