Hello doctor, it's been 77 days of my delivery still my stitches are not healed what would I do?? and I have severe backache and stiffness unable to move ,stand properly

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. that will be proper healing within 8 weeks after any surgery there may be some pain back which were last two to three months better to take vitamin iron supplements

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Maintain hydration
