Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children3 years agoA. 1. If possible sit together for eating. Kids watch and learn. 2. Try variety. 3. Children eat more easily when accompany by their friends, even stuff they don't like. 4. As this is summer her appetite may drop. Consider that. 5. Don't threaten her to eat. 6. Limit snacks and junk food 7. Make her part of cooking and kitchen, buying veggies. That may increase her interest. e.g. my son loves to mix idly batter, make small chapaties along with me (sometimes he just play with dough but that's fine) 8. Never force but try to convince her to atleast taste. If she don't try again next time. Sometimes by looking at food they refuse it but lives the taste. e.g. my son never use to eat yam as he saw how it looks raw, but once I convinced him to taste now this veggie us his favorite.
