ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom as it is the first time you are introducing weaning foods to them it would be good to initially start with liquid consistency foods such as dal or rice water or even fresh fruit juices or vegetable soups as such.
once they accept them well semi solid and mashed foods can be given such as cerelac , porridges , kichidi etc.
also you may prefer more of home made foods rather than using packaged or ready mixes.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you can give any of them which is not a problem but it would be better you can give you a child healthy and nutritious while balance homemade food in the diet which would be good for the growth of the child and will be more nutritious than given pack food in the diet
