Hello Doctor, Is it true , whatever mother eat does it affect Baby digestion or it creates gas problem if baby is on Brest feed?

A. Yes it impact as breast feed is made of what you eat and if you eat stale foods ir heavy oily fried and extreme spicy and gassy foods it lead to gas problein baby as well so eatfresh home cooked foods and drink plenty of water
