hello doctor...is it safe to drink Fenugreek tea daily on empty stomach to increase breast milk supply or does it have any side effects... please reply

it would not not cause any discomfort
it to improve the digestion and also release the gases you can also take Ayurvedic supplement dhootpapeshwar Shatavari Kalpa granules one and half teaspoon mixed with milk two times in the day
