Hello Doctor, initially, my placenta my posteriorly placed but now at 37 weeks when I did ultrasound I found out it's anteriorly placed. And also it's grade 3. So, does this mean I've to undergo cesarean section to deliver the baby?

A. its ok if not low lying. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
