Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. you should maintain good hygiene and also start doing regular exercises after consulting your doctor

Ma’am You should ask your doctor if you need to take any precautions because they can guide you well advance on all these things are better knowledge about these things so it’s better that you please consult your doctor and for your food habits as well you should definitely take an opinion from a nutritionist
