Hello doctor, in my pregnancy in level 2 scan, it was discovered the problem of spina bifadia, so I have to terminate my pregnancy. I want to ask what is the reason? Is it deficiency of folic acid, if yes please tell me how much folic acid in medicine is required.

A. you can have a second opinion and by taking proper medications you can even continue the pregnancy but for that you need to very much take care to take rest and not to have more stress on your spine
