Hello doctor im 8 month old baby’s mom but still my tummy look like im 4 months old pregnant mom….? My belly is not goin inside.? What to do for this….?

Maam workout and diet is only going to get you back in shape these things are completely normal for women that they get more of hanging dummy and all because they eat well they are feeding and all and you cannot work out because you’re feeding mother so now you can start with little bit of exercise if you want
