kindly apply moisturizing lotion or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 tim4es per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor and do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing aller6gy on the skin

U Apply good amount of oil or cream into that area because it could possibly be due to dry skin or something which is dry in that particular area tried for a week if the White spot subside then it would be due to dryness otherwise consult your doctor as it could be some skin problem or deficiency of calcium
