hello doctor iam mother i have 4 years 8 month boy fever temperature 100 meftagesic -Ds syrup how dose sir

A. it is not advisable to use mefenamic acid to the baby for simple fever like hundred degrees Fahrenheit please give only paracetamol syrup to the baby it is safe for the baby
