hello doctor IAM breastfeeding mother of 8 months baby my weight is 85 kg day by day my weight is increasing my question is if I diet if I control taking food means my milk will reduce and give me the some diet plan please

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes true too much of restrictions is not at all good for you , so just be mindful of what you consume such as avoid too much of sugary foods , refined and processed foods.. have small meals throughout the day and keep yourself hydrated
