Hello Doctor, I would like to know more about cleaning ear wax. Off late I see the wax coming out and my kid who is 4 years is keep on inserting his finger to clean up .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned super'ficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal in babies and also clean your baby wax with clean cotton cloth and please evaluate once with doctor in person if baby cry due to pain. take care
