Hello Doctor, I would like to know, is it ok to do cycling while I have a very small umbilical hernia. My Sonography shows it's very small and nothing to worry. I like cycling for exercise. plz advice. Thanks.

I’d Not advise you to go ahead with it as of now still if you want to go ahead with it then you please take an advice from your treating doctor if they show you a thumbs up to go ahead with it then you are free to do what you want to do but if you ask me that I don’t think so it’s a very good idea as of
