Q.

Hello Doctor.. I wanted to ask if a baby having fever for 29 to 30 hr and his temperature came down only for 2-3 hrs in those 30 hrs although he is taking medicine timely... in high temperature(104) and temperature comes down only 103-102° is it ok to wait for 2-3 days to get free from viral fever??

A. in caae you may repeat paracetomol in 4 to 6 hourly. .also do telid sponging with room temprature water to bring down high temprature. and consult yiur doctor o k
