A. It's better no it use actually.. Avoid belts. These are of no use. Doctors don't recommend. It gives more pressure to uterus and leads to other side effects in future. If you still wish to use go for good brands like tynor or mee mee. And use for less time mean wear it in intervals. You can use shapewears when your out.
