hello doctor, I want to ask that my husband is suffering from high fever since tomorrow .he is having body pain and taste is also bad . what we can do for it as he is taking dolo 650 mg medicine also. please suggest me something.

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid pcreparations.g
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

Hi Can you please get it checked with your general physician because right now the viral is actually spreading quite a lot I believe maybe your husband is suffering with viral fever only so it’s better that you please consult your doctor will advise you with the right medicine
