Q.

Hello Doctor, I often get a headache on the left side of my head just above the eyebrow and this moves down to my left shoulder and left side of my upper back. I get this especially when I have had a disturbed sleep or disrupted sleep routine. what should I do, plz advice. Any medication that could help? Thanks

A. always it is better to consult a doctor for examination for diagnosis can be migraine headache also or can be sinus headache and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
