Q.

hello doctor...I missed 2nd year vaccination hepatitis A-2, varicella 2..when I consulted the doctor and informed the doctor about this ..doctor suggested to repeat the hepatitis 1 again and take 2nd dose after 6 months..why we need to give again the first dose..please reply me. #Vaccination

A. Hello my dear parent! You might need to take a second opinion in this matter. Or it can also be that that that’s how the dosage has been given one and two with a gap of six months. Check with the new doctor in this matter and clarify your concerns.

Q. #asktheexpert my daughter got 1st dose of hepatitis A vaccine. 2nd was due after 6 months which could not be done. then after 2 years, I consulted a doctor and he asked me to get the 1st dose again.
