Q.
Hello doctor, I'm pregnant for second baby. My cesarean date is nearing. since it c sec I can't get breastmilk for 3 to 4 days. so can u pls suggest me tablet to boost my breastmilk. Even I took tat tablets for my first baby also for two days. But I don't know tat tablet name. It was given as pair tablets for a dose. Can u pls suggest me tat tablet name.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself
you should start breastfeeding your baby as soon as possible so that breast milk secretion starts properly
