hello doctor i m mithlesh singh and son name is jaskaran singh he is not well from last day and he has fever i have given paracetamol but after 5hours he again in fever please tell me what should i do

A. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. whether higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)are required or not will be told by the doctor. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temdperature of hundred or more is considered as fever do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.
