Hello doctor... I m having 2 months 18 days old girl baby... Now i am taking calcium nd iron tablets.... Doctor suggested to give ferikind drops for my baby for 2 months.... is that is ok becoz already i m taking iron tablet that content will be going to my baby.... shall i stop taking the tablets... pls answer

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the amount of iron which comes in breastfeeding milk is very less so it is advisable to give iron supplements which has been recommended by your doctor which is very important for the growth of the child

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening there is absolutely no problem even if you continue taking the medicine and you can also given to the child as prescribed by your pediatrician to make sure that the baby does not have any deficiency
