hello doctor ...I m facing irregular periods for last two years....please help on this

Have you checked the reason of it so first of all start some physical exercise like either yoga or done Zumba classes or any workout of your choice and eat healthy foods limit tea coffee and avoid processed junk foods eat fresh home cooked foods sleep early and start doing little mediatatipn abd pranayam
