Hello doctor I'm a mother of two children and im also a feeding mother im 29 years old I'm very thin I want to gain weight can you please suggest any protein powder please help me

A. You can make a protein powder at home by roasting few almonds walnuts cashews and pistachios and add sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds into it and grind it naje a fine powder and add in milk have it once or twice a day even makhana can be added to it
