hello doctor I'm a mom of two. we are recently shifted from Bhubaneswar to Gorakhpur (UP). and now my skin is very dry and itchy. and also hair fall. what should i do? please suggest.

A. It happens due to change of air and water so give sometime to your body to adapt abd if the water is hard then you can use a water softener on your tap and eat protein rich diet take care apply coconut oil on skin
