Q.

hello doctor,I'm 20weeks pregnant n taken my anamoly scan on 18.4days pregnancy.Im very much scared n worried about my report.can you pl explain me clearly about my report. My anamoly scan report- Impression- Persistent left superior vena cava seen draining into coronary sinus. Comments- Persistent left superior vena cava usually benign entity and doesn't warrant further testing when first trimester screening is low risk.We have suggested repeat scan after 4weeks for detailed target report. Pl help out me by explaining

A. reports self explanation. u need re scan. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
