Hello doctor I have twins girls 3.5 year they are very cranky nd they don’t listen to me at all how can I handle them

A. To understand why your kids are cranky monitor their behaviour understand what is going wrong so that you can handle the situation and when you say they’re not listening to me they don’t pay attention at all when you call them or they just don’t listen to what you say otherwise they’re following what you say because there could be a problem in that case
