hello doctor. I have twin girl baby both baby have gastric problem

A. give only breast milk till completion of six months. feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session. give colicaid drops thrice a day. mother's should prefer fibre rich diet more

A. mam but breast milk is not sufficient. so I have to use formula milk
