Hello doctor, I have one year old baby boy I want to give millet cerelac it is good for baby or not please suggest me...

A. why cerelac dont give marketed food give some fresh homemade food it is healthy and increase immunity also. marketed food are added presevative and sugar which is not good for child so please give homemade food.
