hello doctor I have one year 4 months old baby girl.. we have noticed she get cold and runny nose often like once in every month .. is it allergy or due to weather we aren't able to make out .. pls help

It is quite natural small babies will be having recurrent infections because of less immunity Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

Hi parent You may keep a bowl full of chopped onions near her bed approximately three feet far over night mom should not use the food that causes gas and indigestion or cold cough use Lukewarm water for drinking take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered under the clear sky
